The Beach Retreat is a mid-terrace holiday cottage situated on The Bay holiday village, three miles from Filey. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and one twin room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's a patio with furniture and extensive communal grounds, plus off road parking in shared bays and a number of on-site facilities and attractions. Just a short walk from the beach, The Beach Retreat is an excellent base for families. Gas central heating. Electric oven with 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking in shared bays. Patio with furniture, plus use of extensive communal grounds, lakes and picnic tables. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop/pharmacy, coffee/pizza cafe and pub 2 mins walk (coffee/pizza cafe subject to seasonal opening times). Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room inc. in the rental price. Additional facilities and activities, including the gym, archery, tennis and cycle hire are available at additional cost, payable on site. Note: Lakes on site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible.
However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.
